Amanda B. Mandy Rogers

The Madison County Record Huntsville, AR 10 Aug 1978 Mrs. Mandy R. Johnson, 82, of Japton, died August 5 in the Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Born May 19, 1896, at Japton, she was the daughter of Jacob and Sally Nelson Rogers and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Searles Johnson of the home; one brother, Scott Rogers of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Nickell of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Nola Harriman of Huntsville. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 7, in the Japton Church of Christ. Burial was in the Gross Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
