Charles Wayne Rankin, 45, of Winslow passed away June 22, 2017 in Fayetteville. He was born April 25, 1972 in Fayetteville to Charles Ray and Betty Taylor Rankin. Charles loved playing pool and riding his Harley. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandfather, Delbert Hester. Survivors include: one son, Anthony Rankin and wife, Holly and his four stepchildren and one on the way; mother, Betty Rankin; brother, Thomas Rankin and his wife, Susan and their daughter, Amber; sister, Angela Rankin and her children, Kacey Rankin and Haley Kell, who is expecting Charles's first great-niece; grandmother, Frances Hester; two uncles, Joe and Frankie Rankin; and many relatives in Mountainburg and Chester.
