Charles Ray Rankin

Rankin, 67, of Winslow passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Rogers. He was born Feb. 6, 1946, in Mountainburg, the son of William and Daisy Collins Rankin. He is survived by his children, Tom Rankin and wife, Susan, of Winslow, Wayne Rankin and wife, Vickie, of Farmington and Angela Rankin of Fayetteville; two brothers, Frankie Rankin of Brentwood and Joe Rankin of Skiatook, Okla.; one sister, Jessie Teague of Alma; and four grandchildren. Gathering of family will be 9-10 a.m. Monday at Beard's Funeral Chapel and burial at 11 a.m. April 22, 2013, at Chester Cemetery in Chester.
