Richard "Rick" Lewis Steichman

Your dad and you guys made a huge impression in my life. Your are the reason I love my job, i felt like I was part of the family. It breaks my heart that Richard stopped being stubborn with hanging with us and went to a better place, but who could blame him. He is an amazing man and I am going to miss him dearly.. Thank you so much for letting me be so close with your family and my prayers are with you. Please keep in touch

My thoughts and Prayers go out to the family and friends. It's hard to find the right words when you loose a close and dear friend like Rick. He will be misseed by many. May GOD give each and everyone of you the strenght and peace to go on day by day.

The AP dept has missed Rick since he left several years ago. He was a great boss. My thoughts & prayers go out to his family, who I know he loved very much.

Kids, I am so sorry about your loss....you know Rick was one of my best friends and I am sick at heart to know that it will be a long time before I talk to him again. I've known him for 15 years and you guys were always his main concern. I miss him, I love him and he would have been happy with his tribute today. Stay stong....we'll always keep him in our hearts.

Rick was Rick. I will miss my friend dearly. I consider myself lucky to have know him.

Aleisha and Andrea - My thoughts and prayers are with you today and for some time to come. I think you both know just how special your dad was to me. He was a WONDERFUL person and he loved you all so very much! I am so sorry that I could not be there with you today, but he and all of you have been on my mind constantly since Saturday. I miss him so much already - he was always there for me to talk to and I'm not sure how to deal with him not being there anymore. Andrea, Aleisha, and Brian, I am so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Expecting it does not make it any easier. When Rick was at Tyson he talked about each of you a lot and then when the grandkids started coming, he beamed when he talked about them. Rick had left Tyson right before my daughter got sick with cancer, but he never failed to ask me how she was doing when we spoke on the phone. That is something that meant a lot to me. He had a good heart. Remember the good times and your love with keep him with you. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Robert & Andrea, my heart goes out to you & your extended family. Know that you are in my prayers. Please pray for strength. You loved your dad, but the Lord loved him best & he is now at peace. Lorie, Brian, Aleisha and Andrea. We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your father and brother. We know it is heartbreaking. Our Mother's funeral was on Friday. We feel like we have lost not only our Mother, but our best friend. The only comfort we have is knowing that she is no longer suffering and in pain, but is smiling down on us from heaven and we will be reunited with her someday. We are so sorry for your loss and offer our sympathy to all the family. It was nice getting to know each one of you in the hospital. I wish the outcome could have been different for each of us. I am so sorry for your loss. I meet Rick thru friends at Tyson. He was a very good friend to all. His sense of humor we wonderful. He was very committed to his children, I truly respected that. God Bless to you all.
