72, a resident of Elkins, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025 in Fayetteville. She was born April 5, 1953 in Pryor, Oklahoma, the daughter of Martin Maxwell and LaVada Louise (Wall) Ackley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Joseph Lynn Keith; brother Hank Ackley and sister, Ruth Montgomery;
Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Corsey and husband Richard and Stacey Ojeda and husband Fernando; sons, Martin Keith and wife Samantha and Scott Kruse and wife Laura; sisters, Sheila Landelius, Carol Ackley, Beverly Hite, and Holly Thomas; grandchildren, Jessica Nix and husband Joshua, Gracie, Cadence, Addelyn, Zachary, Izabella, Fernando, Rashawn and Maximus; three great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Madelyn and Kaiyomi.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 22, 2025, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at the Luginbuel Chapel prior to the service.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, September 22nd, 2025, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
