Claude Prinsloo, 92, died on March 16th in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born August 6, 1933 in Pretoria, South Africa to Cornelius and Constance Prinsloo. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings: Anthe, Ura, Elbie, Irah, Helez, Omri and Hethlon. He is survived by his daughters Oleta and Connie Prinsloo, both of Fayetteville and his son, Howard of Issaquah, Washington. Also surviving him are sisters Esme and Eunice, both of South Africa, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Claude was a lover of plants and grew beautiful exotic flowers. He had a deep appreciation for classical music (especially Vladimir Horowitz),fine artwork, high-performance cars, playing long games of chess with his youngest daughter, playing golf, reading great literature and books on philosophy. He enjoyed travel and visited many interesting destinations during his life. He had a unique, yet well documented and researched world view. Above all, he was an unwavering Christian who studied the Bible and related works throughout his life.
Claude made a big impact on this world, but knew well the path to his final home. He will be greatly missed.
