Louella Cate

83, a resident of Prairie Grove Arkansas, passed away September 18, 2006 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born September 6, 1923 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of James William and Nellie McClelland Phillips.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Prairie Grove.

Louella was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Lloyd William Phillips and Clarence Phillips; two sisters, Nellie Irene Bryant Bartlett and Sylvia Bell Blakemore Hamilton;

Survivors include her husband, Russell Cate of the home; one son, Mark Cate of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one daughter, Sandra McLaughlin of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister, Ruby Gibney of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Angela Nuessner, Lisa Hill, Brandon Cate, and Tara Cate; four great grandchildren; Morgan Nuessner, Evan Nuessner, Hayden Hill and Halle Hill;

Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon, September 19, 2006 from 4:00 until 8:30 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday September 20, 2006 -1:00 P.M. at the United Methodist Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Audie Long officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Prairie Grove Methodist Church Building Fund - P.O. Box 216 - Prairie Grove, AR 72753.

Pallbearers will be Doug Rhodes, Doug Laningham, Jim Bartholomew, Mike Cummings, Eugene Hamilton, and Jeremy Greer.
