Helen McKee Littleton

90, a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away March 4, 2014 in Broken Arrow after a long battle with Alzheimers. She was born February 6, 1924 in the Illinois Chapel Community the daughter of Garland A. and Florence A. Kilgore McKee.

Helen had a very successful life when she graduated from Prairie Grove. She went to Washington, D.C. where she worked for the Pentagon Navel Department. She then moved to Guam where her husband was stationed. She then moved to Tulsa where graduated from Tulsa University. She finished her career with more than thirty years at Badger Meter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Jerry McKee.

Survivors include one brother, Coy McKee and wife Della of Prairie Grove;

two sisters, Marlea Eames and husband Don of Jenks, Oklahoma, and Willene Self of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; Lots of nieces and nephews which she loved very much.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday March 8, 2014 - 11:00 A.M. at the Illinois Chapel Church near Prairie Grove with Lynville Eaden and Matthew Gray officiating. Burial will be in Illinois Chapel Cemetery. No graveside services will be held at the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Adrian Self, Kelvin Self, Dewain McKee, Traves McKee, John Allen Feltner, and Eric Feltner.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
