Pansy Manila Brock, born May 24, 1899, West Fork, married in 1917 to Lloyd Eratus Hightower, both of Barron Fork, Oklahoma.
He was born September 2, 1894 in Lanagan, Missouri to George and Mary (Slankard) Hightower.
They lived at Barron Fork, Stilwell, Wynona, Pensacola and Kenwood, Oklahoma before settling in Vinita, Oklahoma in 1932.
He was a construction worker, and was the foreman of the cleaning crew on the Pensacola Dam project.
She was an ordained minister of the Full-Gospel organization.
They were well-known for their singing ability.
Lloyd passed away in Vinita July 19, 1963.
Pansy remarried in 1978 to Alfred VanGundy.
She passed away January 6, 1985 in Vinita.
They are buried in the Spavinaw, Oklahoma Cemetery.
Their children were Roscoe Edward, Lloyd Denzil and Lloyd Melvin. Denzil and Melvin both died as infants.
