Joyce Elaine Moore Age 63, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 13, 1961 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Albert Lee and Opal Elizabeth (Hancock) Barron. Joyce worked as a CNA for over 25 years. She raised many children and loved them all. She was a strong person and had fought cancer since 2001. She loved to go camping and being in the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands Charles Dewayne Phelan, and Andy Moore, and two brothers Johnny and Charles Barron. Survivors include her daughter Hellen Manning; two sons Michael Phelan and Jerry Phelan; four brothers Bill Barron, Kent Barron, Aaron Barron and Andy Barron; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
