Research Notes

Funeral service for Mr. Larry Wayne Rankin, age 84 of Milan, will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 1pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Milan. Mr. Rankin was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and he was a retired Steel Worker. He was preceded in death by his parents Luther and Lula Blankenship Rankin and daughters Linda Diane Janes and Cassie Rankin. He is survived by his wife Patsey Rankin, children, Larry Wayne Rankin, Jr., Susan Posch (Herb), Elizabeth Zugay all of IL and Patricia Vandermey of Atlanta, ten grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
