Obituary from Stroud (OK) Democrat, 3-5-1953Milfay Pioneer dies Feb. 24.Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 25, at Milfay Baptist church for Mrs. R. S. Henry, who died early February 24 at her home there.Mrs. Henry was born Lucinda Cathryn Rainwater February 5, 1861, at Uniontown, Ark., and was married to Robert S. Henry in 1880. To this union two children were born, Ernest Henry, and Mrs. Cora Payne. Her husband and son both preceded her in death. Mrs. Henry became a member of the Baptist church at an early age and was truly a pioneer of the Milfay community, having resided there since 1889.Rev. C. E. Molleur and Charley Molleur conducted services and burial was in Stroud cemetery with McVey Funeral home in charge. (Information from anonymous-#47008656)
