Thomas E. Phelan, 74, of Lincoln died Thursday in Fayetteville hospital. Born Feb. 19, 1911 at Summers, AR, he was the son of Thomas and Kate Mensch Phelan. Survivors are a son, Kenneth of Tucson, AZ; two stepsons, Bobby Yates of Brea, CA and Donald Yates of Dallas; stepdaughter, Mrs Betty Bowers of Lawton, OK; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Jeter of Grandbury, TX, and Mrs. Lily DeBoer of Granada, MN; a half brother, Houston Christopher of Granada, MN Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
