Leonard Lee Boyd went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2019 at the age of 90. He was born December 27, 1928 at Wesley, Arkansas, son of Howard and Delphia Worley Boyd. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jerry Boyd; two brothers, Everett (Nella) Boyd of Wesley and Norman (Carolyn) Boyd of Hindsville; and one sister, Lena Pitts (Wayne) of Hindsville. Leonard was a faithful Christian and a member of the Durham Free Will Baptist Church in Durham, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis of the home; a son, Kevin Boyd of Bethany, OK; a brother-in-law, Randy Sisemore (Gloria) of Elkins; mother-in-law, Lue Bell of Elkins; several nieces and nephews; and one special great-niece, Melanda Centeno of OK. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the Durham Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Cherry Creek Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
