Graveside services for Anna K. "Kathy" Dowell Rice, 68, of Lake Villa, Ill., are set for 1 p.m. Monday at the Willowhole Cemetery in North Zulch. Arrangements are under the direction of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan. Ms. Rice died Wednesday in St. Therese Hospital in Lake Villa. She was born in Berryville, Ark., and was a guidance counselor for many years prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dickie Dowell. Survivors include a son, Randy Dowell of Wichita Falls; a daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Brian Naylor of Lake Villa; three brothers, Carrol, Joy and Dwain Webb; a sister, Betty Webb; her father, Ishmal Webb of Berryville, Ark.; a sister-in-law, Susan Dowell Clancy of Houston; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
