Bill Vincent, 72, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born February 23, 1945 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of John Henry and Stella (Ross) Vincent. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister Lucille Weese Survivors include six brothers, Jimmy, Johnny, Harvey, Tommy, Freddy and Dee Vincent; two sisters, Christine Phillips and Sally Holliman.
