Theda Mae Ellis 97, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born June 4, 1919 at Cincinnati, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert Miles and Stella Irene Lewis Curtis. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion and VFW. Theda was preceded in death by her husband Louis Samuel Ellis, one son David Ellis, five brothers. Harry, Ben, Lewis, Warren and David and one sister Phylis. Survivors include one son Paul Howard Ellis and wife Irene of Farmington, Arkansas; four sisters Nina LaBreck of Dover, New Hampshire, Roberta Clark of Austin, Texas, Willadeen Walker of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Martha Gardisser of Bentonville, Arkansas; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren The family will receive friends Monday night from 7:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2016 - 10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with Glen Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
