LATTA, F.M. - Died in Russellville, Pope county, Ark. March 2d, 1877,
Rev. F.M. Latta, aged 41 years. Mr. Latta was born in Washington county,
Ark. March 10, 1836 where he lived until about 1861 when he left his
native county. Since that time he has lived and labored with the people of
the Arkansas Valley. He was a “good man and true,’’ and his bereaved family
and his many relatives in this county have the sympathy of all who
were so fortunate to know the deceased. A Friend. [Fayetteville Democrat
