BRALY, Laura HAGOOD - Mrs. Laura Braly, wife of W.C. Braly, died at her home in Fayetteville Saturday afternoon of erysipelas after an illness of one week. Funeral services were held at Central Presbyterian Church Sunday and the remains were taken to Cane Hill Monday for interment. Deceased was born at Cane Hill November 6,1845 and with the exception of twelve years spent in Washington City has lived in Washington county. She was married December 21,1868 and is survived by husband and five children: E.H. Braly of Durant, Okla.; Mrs. T.L. McCulloch of Lincoln, Ark. and Amanda L., Mary L. and W.C. Braly, Jr. One son, Capt. Earle K. Braly of St. Louis, Mo. died Nov. lst, 1906. She also left surviving her one brother, Geo. M. Hagood of Durant, Okla. and two sisters, Mrs. W.D. McBride of Fort Gibson, Okla. and Mary P. Hagood of Fayetteville. [The Springdale News 2/7/1908]
