David G. Behl, age 70, of Prairie Grove passed away Friday December 6, 2024 in Springdale. He was born June 7, 1954 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Jack and Winona Poisall Behl. He was preceded in death by his parents. David was an avid outdoorsman that you would commonly find enjoying time on the farm, lake, or woods. He had a love of youth sports. His career at Best Sports in Fayetteville allowed him to reach out and help young athletes across the region. David also volunteered for the Fayetteville Youth Baseball and coached baseball for decades. David is survived by his wife of 47 years Connie Behl of Prairie Grove; his daughter, Amber Barton of Farmington; his son, Morgan Behl of Lowell; sister, Ellen Savitt; brother, Randy Behl of Prairie Grove; two grandchildren, Avan Barton and Karis Behl. Visitation will be 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sunday December 15, 2024 at Moore’s Chapel. Memorial service will be 11:00 am Monday December 16, 2024 at Moore’s Chapel.
