Harry Edwin Riggs 81 a resident of Lincoln, passed away February 29, 2012 in Fayetteville. He was born July 24, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Charles Harrison and Celinda Slye Riggs. Harry served in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by one son, Craig Riggs; three brothers, Dean Riggs, Russell Riggs and Bill Riggs; and four sisters, Betty Compton, Donna Stagmeir, Mary Sexton and Earlamay Sams; Survivors include one son, Bob Riggs of Lincoln, two daughters, Tina Clayton West Carolton, Ohio and Karen Krull of West Manchester, Ohio; one brother, Jack Riggs of Dayton, Ohio; one sister, Millie Martel of Olympia, Washington.
