Edward Lloyd Hayes Age 87, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born February 27, 1932 in Salina, Kansas, the son of Colvin J. and Eva Emily (Stone) Hayes. Edward served in the United States Army during Korean Conflict. He retired from the University of Arkansas. He attended the Assembly of Yahweh in Kansas, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Frances Cossel Hayes, his daughter Dolores Hayes, and one grandson Coy Hayes. Survivors include his wife Flora Warnock Hayes; four children Joyce Pennington and her husband Alton, Gene Hayes and his wife Connie, Lyle Hayes and his wife Sherrie and Anita Jackson and her husband Jerry; one brother Edwin Dean Hayes; ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 11th, 2019, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial was in the Bethesda Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas.
