Scottie Lee Griggs 33 a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away January 7, 2011 in an accident in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born April 25, 1977 in Enid, Oklahoma, the son of Mike and Peggy Latta Griggs. Scottie will be missed as a loving husband and the best daddy ever. He was an expert deer hunter and enjoyed playing poker and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jeremy Paschal and his grandparents. Survivors include his wife, Tonya Griggs of the home; his daughter, Elizabeth Jade Griggs and his son, Logan Scott Griggs; his parents; Peggy Latta Griggs and J.W. Gibson of Farmington, Arkansas, and Mike and Floy Griggs of Elkins, Arkansas; his sister, Tina Tackett of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and his brothers, Marty Griggs and Anthony Griggs both of Blue Springs Village, Arkansas, and Mark Griggs of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his step brothers, Doug, David, Byron and Greg Paschal and Kevin Doolin; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank everyone for the support and love that has been shown.
