Laverna Nadine Louis 83 a resident of Chouteau, Oklahoma, passed away June 5, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born September 15, 1932 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the daughter of Rollie D. and Lorraine Smyth Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husbands Arthur Berl Reed and Ralph Louis, two sons, Doyle and Ricky Reed and one brother Marvin Thomas. Survivors include one daughter Peggy Gorman of Chouteau, Oklahoma; seven brothers Darrell Thomas of Cleburne, Texas, Leon Thomas of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Wendell Thomas of Yukon, Oklahoma, Larry Thomas of Garland, Texas Charlie Thomas of California Howard Thomas of Luther, Oklahoma and Donald Thomas of Lincoln, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Wednesday June 8, 2016 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
