Obituary notice date July 31, 1986; Neva Risinger 254-29th NE, died Monday, July 28 at the McCustion Regional Medical Center. Services were held Wednesday, July 30, at Bright-Holland Fuenral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Hamilton officiating. Burial was in Meadowbrook Cemetery. Mrs. Risinger was born August 23, 1900 in Nashville, Ark., a daughter of Alex Nowell and Georgie Elliott Nowell. She married Henry D. Risinger on November 20, 1920, in Paris. He died September 6, 1975. She was a member of the Mt. Oliver Baptist Church. Survivors are two daughters, W. A. (Janelle) Tolbert of Fort Worth and Mrs. A. H. (Margaret) Corder of Fort Worth, one sister, Zelma Stephens of Paris; one brother, James Nowell of Austin; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
