Terrel R. “Lucky” Pennel 77 a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, when to be with his Lord, Tuesday July 16, 2013 in Tulsa. He was born July 18, 1935 at Morrow, Arkansas, the son of Ralph H. and Vernice Glidewell. He was a member of the Church On The Move in Tulsa. Therrel was a retire Truck Drive and also from the Aircraft Industry. Survivors include his wife, Sue Freeman Pennel, of the home; two daughters, Debbie Skeans and husband Doug Skeans and Sherrel Jones and husband Doug all of Tulsa.
