Cynthia West Cynthia Cindy West, 62 year-old resident of Piedmont, Oklahoma, died October 1, 2007 at home. Born July 18, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Samuel James and the late Parilee Carlin West. Cynthia was in the Real Estate business. Survivors include one brother, Samuel J. West III of Scottsdale, Arizona. Graveside services will be 1:00 pm, Monday, October 8, 2007 at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
