Sarah M. Stephens

Sarah Louisa BASSHAM was born in 1859, at Melbourn, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 19, 1945 at Lincoln, Arkansas. She was married to James M. BASSHAM, October 14, 1877 at Eventin, Arkansas. She was converted at the age of 14 years, and was a member of the Christian church. Mrs. BASSHAM is survived by six children; E.L. BASSHAM, Prairie Grove; C.P. BASSHAM, Pittsburg, Kansas; Mrs. Rose DENTYN, Los Angeles; Mrs. Lois ENGLISH, Lincoln, Arkansas; Mrs. Ono BIRCHFIELD, Bartlesville, Oklahoma; two sisters, one brother, sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
