Carolyn Mathers Bynum 64 a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away February 1, 2010 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born June 5, 1945 in Miami Beach, Florida, the daughter of Gaylord and Rosemary Findley Mathers. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Bynum. Survivors include one son, Mark Taylor of Springdale, Arkansas one daughter, Amy Birdsong and her husband Chas of Farmington, Arkansas; one brother, James Mathers of Edmond, Oklahoma; one sister, Candace Mathers of Norman, Oklahoma; three grandsons, Kenny, Jacob and Steven. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
