David Allen Taylor Sr. 43 of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009. He was born on August 29, 1967 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a son of the late Samuel Robert Taylor and Janice Louise Jagadzinski Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Steven Taylor. David was the Section Director for the Arkansas Department of Health, EMS & Trauma Sections and fomrer Med Tech EMS paramedic. He had received several awards for Pres. I>C> Society and EMSC (EMS for Children). David Allen Taylor Sr. is survived by: His wife of eighteen years: Judy Taylor of Morrilton, Arkansas. Two sons: David Taylor Jr. and wife Ashley of Prairie Grove, Arkansas: Tommy Benton and his wife Tonya of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; two daughters: Mandy Gottsponer and husband Adam of Morrilton, Arkansas; Ginny Barnhouse and husband Brad of Hector, Arkansas. Grandmother: Mary Reed of West Fork, Arkansas. One brother: Brad Taylor and wife Debbie of Norfork, Virginia; One sister: Tonya Taylor of Rogers, Arkansas. one uncle: Leroy Taylor and wife Connie of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; Five grandchildren: Breanna: Tyler: Keeley: Logan: Dakota. Funeral service for David Allen Taylor Sr. will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2009 at Morrilton First Baptist Church. Visitation: 2-4 P.M. Sunday, November 8th. Interment will be at Lone Grove Cemetery in St Vincent Community. Arrangement by Bob Neal & Sons-Morrilton.
