Donald Guy Skelton 72, a lifetime resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away January 22, 2009 at his home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. He was born February 21, 1936 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of Guy C. and Tressie Nugent Skelton Donnie was proceded in death by his parents and one brother, Elton Skelton. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Nellie Dean Skelton of the home; three children, Steven Skelton, Temple Moore and her husband, Charles, and Jason Skelton all of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; daughter in law, Valerie Skelton also of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, David, Robin, Kelli, Samantha, Katlyn, McClain, Michael and Nicole. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Donnie's care givers and health care team, Dr. Lee, Dr. Beck, Peggy Jones and the Washington Regional Hospice Nurses, Martha, Eugenia, Suzanne, Traci, Betty and Cheryl. Family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3:00-4:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
