Rachel Dobbs Loftin 72 a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away March 26, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. She was born January 23, 1943 in Prairie Grove, the daughter of John H. "Perno" and Jewell Agnes Rose Dobbs. She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Keith "Lamont" Loftin, her parents,two brothers Thornton Dobbs and Johnny Dobbs and two sisters Lavelle Howe and Bonnie Morrison. Survivors include one son Lloyd Louis "Bubba" Campbell II and wife Mellissa of Palestine, Texas; three daughters Kimberly Rachel Sias and husband David of New Braunfels, Texas, Michelle Marieanne "Missy" Mulvaney and husband James Ray of West Fork and Leah Nicole Hendrik and husband Brian of Prairie Grove; two brothers Omer Dobbs and Clinton Dobbs both of Oklahoma; one sister Ruby Marshall of Centerton; nineteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday March 30, 2015 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel.
