Betty Ellen Asher

Betty Ellen Asher Smith 83, a former resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away on June 20, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Betty was born January 11, 1933 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the daughter of Orval Thomas and Edna Margarite Beaver Asher. Betty was a life long resident of the Prairie Grove area. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, one sister Maxine Fay Asher, one son Darrell Wayne Smith and her husband Wayne C. Smith. Survivors include one son, Tommy Michael Smith and one daughter, Brenda Smith Carlson. Interment was in Rose Cemetery near Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
