Lorene Cole (Hodges), age 91, passed away on July 12, 2024, in Westville, Oklahoma. Lorene was born on March 20, 1933, in Prairie Grove, Arkansas to Walter William and Ollie Amelia Hodges. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Troy Lee, one son, Scotty Cole, one grandson, Daniel Wayne Cole, six brothers, R B Hodges, Floyd, Roy, Fred, Elmer and Delmar Hodges. Four sisters, Enid Hodges, Nelda McClain, Lillian Baker and Della Mourning. She left behind four children, Mary Young (Garland), Debbie Norman (Joe), Billy Clyde, Tony (Mary) and a host of relatives. Lorene found joy in working puzzles, sewing, and playing cards. These hobbies were not just pastimes for her; they were ways through which she connected with family, creating lasting memories and cherished moments. Her love for these activities was infectious, often bringing people together for an afternoon of fun. Her presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. The family will receive friends, Monday afternoon, July 15, 2024 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
