Virginia D Howard 92, a resident of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, passed away February 27, 2016 in Tahlequah. She was born July 16, 1923 at Lincoln, the daughter of Gene and Annie Rich Finley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Howard and one brother, Lawrence Finley. Survivors include one son, Larry Gene Howard of Kittery, Maine; two grandchildren, Debra Jo Howard and Joanna Gerety; two great grandchildren, Adriana Howard and Maeve Gerrety. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel.
