Finger, TN - Leonard Rankin, 99, former President and Chairman of the Board of Home Banking Co. in Finger, died Wednesday of heart failure at the McNairy County General Hospital in Selmer.

Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Casey Funeral Home of Henderson with burial in Chester County Memory Gardens.

He was the last surviving World War I veteran in Chester County, having served in the Army.

Mr. Randin, the husband of Veda Mae Bulliner Rankin, also leaves a daughter, Jane Morgan of Chattanooga; a son, Richard Rankin of Selmer; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
