William David "Bill"Tuck, age 90, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Wednesday, November 26, 2003 in Fayetteville.
He was born August 13, 1913 in Fayetteville to Charles David and Mary Lucinda (Hutchinson) Tuck.
He retired from Frisco Railroad after 43 years, where he was a switchman.
He enjoyed coon hunting and the outdoors. He lived in the area all his life.
He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Mattie Sunshine (Davis) Tuck and Martha Margaret (Davis) Cartwright Tuck; his daughter, Betty Tuck Embrey Walden (and son-in-law Roy Walden), and a sister, Nora Belle Pierce.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Tuck (and wife, Rosie) of Fayetteville, Arkansas,and Charles Tuck (and wife, Beverly) of Lincoln, Arkansas; two brothers, Lee Tuck of Fayetteville, and Ike Tuck of Rogers; two sisters, Ruth Tunstill of Fayetteville, and Agnes Groharing of New Port Beach, California; six grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00-5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30, 2003 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 1, 2003 at Buckner Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Rev. Larry Mitchell officiating.
Burial will follow at Buckner Cemetery.
