o{Our Elm Springs correspondent sends us the following account of the death

ofAunt Marinda Wasson) Aunt Marinda Wasson, after an illness of several

weeks, peacefully departed this life at 10 o’clock Sunday night. At her death

Aunt Marinda was 79{sicl years of age. She came with her family to this

country at an early day and when but a mere child she professed religion

and has lived a devoted Christian since. Aunt Marinda was second wife to

the late Uncle Abner Wasson, well known in his day. They lived in peaceful

union for about 9 years when Uncle Abner was called home. Aunt Marinda

was greatly loved and highly respected by all who knew her and not a few

in the final day will call her blessed. When she became aware of the fact

that the voyage for her final resting place was near at hand she quietly
