Health, Arkansas
Austin Schader, 81, of Farmington left this world surrounded by his loving family on Friday, November 23, 2007.
He was born September 5, 1926 at Health, Arkansas to Ed and Ada Barker Schader.
Dad started to school at Health, then, when his family moved to Hazel Valley, he attended school there. As a young boy, he worked on the farm and in the timber with his grandfather, dad and brothers. He also helped his dad in the workshop where he learned all about woodworking. Dad had an amazing ability when it came to wood. His children and grandchildren all cherish furniture that he made. He loved to share his life in stories. Everyone, especially his grandchildren, would sit for hours listening to every word. He grew the most beautiful garden that supplied the generations of his family with tators. On September 7, 1944 he married Robbie Jean Stout, the love of his life. As a husband and father, he worked at Springfield Wagon Company, Fulbrights Wood Products, Ayers Furniture, Baldwin Piano Company and Ayrshire Electronics. He was a member of Hill Avenue Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Jesse, Bill and Everett.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Robbie, of the home.
