Wills to his wife, Sinai Buchanan all his lands. Wills to bis servants Isaac and
Rebecca during their natural lives (after death of his wife Sinai} N2 SW-1/4 18-15-31, except
so much as he has heretofore, donated to Prairie Grove Congregation of C. P. Church
and so much as in included in his orchard. Wills that at death of his wife Sinai an his
lands except above described tract, and at death of said Isaac and Rebecca that tract also
become and be the property and estate of the President and trustees of vane Hill Collegiate
Institute; so long as said institute continues to be the prorperty of the C. P. Church.
In event that said institute shall ever cease to be the property of said church said
lands sha11 be the property of the Board of Publication of C. P. Church.
