Don Moore
72, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord May 10, 2009 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born August 5, 1936 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the son of William Hillery “Hill” and Bessie May Lane Moore.
He was a member of the Prairie Oaks Baptist Church in Prairie Grove where he served on the building and grounds committee. Don worked as a carpenter building homes around the Northwest Arkansas area. Since his retirement he has worked raising cattle on his farm and doing custom hay baling.
Don was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Deborah Lynn Cate.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Moore of the home; two sons, Charles Dean Moore and his wife, Temple and Bill Moore all of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one brother, Dale Moore and his wife, Marilyn, of Wichita, Kansas; one sister, Jessie Swinson and her husband, Jack, of Augusta, Kansas; one son in law, Mark Cate of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one grandson, Brandon Russell Cate and his wife, Leah and one granddaughter, Nicole Moore both of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one step grandson, Jake Imes of Lincoln, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 1:00-8:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00-7:00 P.M.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2009 - 10:00 A.M. at Prairie Oaks Baptist Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Ivan Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be: Al Bessinger, Keith Benish, Ricky Lewis, Tony Doss, Ronnie Sherry and Bart Little.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bruce Parker and David Houston.
