Elizabeth McDonald, niece, daughter of Mildred Sims McDonald.

Nathlee Cook Cole, niece, daughter of Janette Sims Cook. Lovedia Wood, niece, daughter of Joe Sims.

W. Hugh Sims, nephew, son of Herbert Lee Sims.

Lalia Hethcox, niece, daughter of Herbert Lee Sims. Malcolm Cook, nephew, son of Janette Sims Cook. Virginia Sims, niece, daughter of Joe Sims. Henry Sims, nephew, son of Joe Sims.

While heirs from her father Henry's first marriage were stated in the estate papers, the final settlement did not include distribution to this hiers. (Descendents of Albert G. Sims and James Anthony Sims, sons of Henry Sims and Martha Louisa Hayes Sims.)
