Loretta was born in Dutch Mills, went to school there until it was consolidated into Lincoln in 1945 and was a member of Dutch Mills Liberty Baptist Church until her death. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother but left her biggest legacy as a Christian in her daily walk. She knew the value of hard work and didn't mind getting her hands dirty on the farm. She was loved by all that knew her and her encouragement will be greatly missed. Ecclesiates 7:1 says "A good name is better than precious ointment.." Thank you Mom for being a living example of that verse.
