DEATHS
G. E. Butler George Earnest Butler, age 39, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Butler, died at Phoenix, Arizona, last Thursday, April 10, following a long illness.
The body arrived at Prairie Grove Wednesday morning, accompanied by the little son. and was buried in the local cemetery that afternoon by the side of his daughter, Juanita, who died several years ago in California. The Masonic lodge! was in charge of the service at he grave.
Funeral services were held from the Methodist church at 5 o'clock, conducted by Rev. B. H. Greathouse, assisted by: Rev. E. E. Stevenson.
Mr. Butler was born at Prairie Grove February 10, 1889, and had spent most of his life here. He united with the Methodist church at the age of twenty years.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Zella Porter Butler, and one on, Billy; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Butler: four sisters, Mas. Ethel Riddle of Madil. Okia.. Mrs. Ruth Irby of Semiole, Okla., and Misses Eula and Virgina Butler of Shamrock, Okla.; two brothers, Oscar Butler of Waukegan, til., and John Butler of Prairie Grove.
