Age 83, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at her home in Farmington, Arkansas. She was born November 17, 1940 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Grant Lee Fate and Julia Eveline (Phillips) Vickery.
She was a shining example of who we all should strive to be. She was quick to listen and slow to speak with a meek and quiet spirit. Her life reflected the scriptures that taught about being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a Proverbs 31 woman and demonstrated 1 Peter 3. She didn't waver in her faith and was eager to serve her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Jerry Vickery and Eldon Lacey, three sisters Carma Lorenz, Helen Phillips, and Mary Lena Phillips, and one grandson Luke Lawrence.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years Paul Sinor; two daughters Connie Lawrence and Teresa Kern and husband Chris; Three grandchildren Rick Lawrence and wife Janell, Natasha Tustin and husband Drew, and Torie Rice; Seven great grandchildren Tyler Lawrence, Alec Lawrence, Tristan Lawrence, Isabella Lawrence, Isaac Tustin, Titus Tustin, and Brinly Tustin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023 - 10:00 A.M. at White Rock Light of Faith Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with H.M. Shipp officiating. Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held.
