Steve V. Roughton

Steve V. Roughton, 75, of Bentonville, Ark., passed away June 19, 2018, in Joplin, MO. He was born Jan. 22, 1943 in Bentonville, Ark., to John and Bertha Skidmore Roughton.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Austin, Bobby, Betty, and Peggy Roughton, and Patsy Holliday. He is survived by children Samantha Hester of Bentonville, Ark., Steve, Jr. of Powell, Shandra Freeston of Jane, Mo., and Samuel of Rogers, Ark., and brothers Roy of Jane, Mo. and Ronald of Bella Vista, Ark. Also surviving are grandchildren Katie Reynolds, Kaleb, Chloe, and Caden Freeston, and one great-grandchild.

The memorial service will be at 2 pm Fri., June 29, 2018 at Harbor of Praise, 8543 West McNelly Rd., Bentonville, Ark. 72712.
