Dolphus J. Boyd
90, of West Fork, Arkansas, passed away, Wednesday, November 15, 2006 in West Fork, Arkansas. He was born March 1, 1916 in Itaska, Texas. The son of John Wilson and Nora (Calico) Boyd. He was a retired shop foreman for the Fulbright Wood Products.
He is survived by one step-daughter; Paula Caudle of West Fork, Arkansas, one step-son; Glen Curtis of Silverdale, Washington, three grandchildren; Tammy Shaffer and husband Brett, Tim Caudle, Robert Curtis and wife Vickie, five great grandchildren; Jackson and Clayton Curtis, Kahner, Logan and Hunter Shaffer, Cody Caudle and one brother; Thomas Wallace ?Buddy? Boyd.
He was preceded in death by his wife Loma Andrews Boyd and a great granddaughter; Taylor Brooke Shaffer.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, November 20, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of West Fork, Arkansas with Chaplain Delmar Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in the West Fork Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; David Jones, Jerry Spillers, Butch Bartholomew and Virgil Blackmon. Honorary Pallbearers; Leon Kichline, Chuck Daly, Bill Yearian, Tom DeVore and Bill Sewell.
Visitation will be 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM, Sunday, November 19, 2006.
