"The Democrat is sorry to learn of the death of the 16 year old son of S. LO. Sparks, of near Purdy, which occurred recently. Typhoid fever was the cause and we understand Mr. Sparks has another child seriously ill with the same disease. The bereaved and afflicted family have our sympathy."
