Payeton Franklin "Frank" Hutchinson, 73, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed peacefully from this world into eternal life Thurs., Nov. 26, 2020, in Fayetteville, Ark., after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 30, 1946, in Fayetteville, Ark. to William Payeton Hutchinson of Fayetteville, Ark. and Margurite Bell Jones of St. Paul, Ark.
Frank was employed as a District Manager of The Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. from which he retired after 33 years. He was a U.S. Army combat veteran in the Vietnam War. He most enjoyed spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren play sports. Frank also enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, and four-wheeling. He never met a stranger and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He will be greatly missed!
Frank is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Richard Lee Hutchinson of Fayetteville, Ark. Frank is survived by his sister, Debra Sue Bell Goodman, and his children, Shannon Parrish (Mike), Kemah Leichner-McClain (Jason), and Jerick Huthinson [Hutchinson] (Stephanie). Also surviving were Frank's greatest joys in life, his nine grandchildren: Braxton Leichner (Whitney), Bailey, Sarah, and Bryce Parrish, Mac Leichner (Andrea), Quinn McClain, Emily Philip, and Arden and Avery Hutchinson, and great-grandchildren Kasen and Addy Leichner, all of Fayetteville, Ark. Joyce Hutchinson, of Fayetteville, Ark., the mother of his children, and many other relatives also survive.
Visitation will be Mon., Nov. 30, 2020 from 5-7 pm. A celebration of life will be Tues., Dec. 1, 2020 at 3 pm; both will be held at Zion Christian Union Church, 4984 W. Wedington Dr., Fayetteville, Ark.
