Pauiline Juanita Rankin

Pauline Kizer Rye, 86, of Fort Smith died Friday, July 14, 2006, in a local nursing home. She was a former resident of Alma, attended Pegion Creek Freewill Baptist Church and was the widow of Phillip Kizer and Bill Rye. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ocker Funeral Home Chapel of Alma with burial at Locke Cemetery in Mountainburg under the direction of the funeral home. She is survived by a son, Tommy Nelson Kizer of Fort Smith; two sisters, Ruby Coulter of Dyer and Altha Carlton of Fayetteville; a brother, Ray Rankin of Lavaca; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Greg, Alan and Mark Kizer, Brian Holmes, Stephen Smith and Jim and Bill Lemon.
